Although the location of the hotel is not in the main tourist areas, it is conveniently close to the Santa Maria Novella train station, making it easily accessible for travelers. it is super close to the city center, allowing guests to easily explore all the major attractions. the rooms are comfortable and well-kept, providing a pleasant stay.
The language barrier can sometimes be a challenge as the staff has limited English proficiency.

This hotel is a hidden gem on the edge of Central Florence. The location is perfect - just a short distance from the airport and close to the city center. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making you feel like you are part of their family. The rooms are meticulously cleaned and furnished with vintage decor, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served on the lovely terrace! It's a great value for money, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
All was great, no improvements needed.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Florence. It is situated just on the edge of central Florence, making it easily accessible from the airport and well-connected to other parts of the city. The hotel is also very close to the city center, allowing guests to easily walk to attractions such as the Duomo and the Accademia.
All was satisfactory.

The staff at this B&B were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. the breakfast included a variety of fresh and delicious options, and it was served on a lovely terrace. the location of the B&B was ideal, with only a short walk to the main attractions. Plus, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of exploring.
That the rooms were a bit on the small side, but they were still functional and had everything we needed. the air conditioning could have been better as it didn't cool the room as much as we would have liked.
